The whole process was explained in a way that was easy to understand, and they took the time to answer all my questions. The staff was kind and really seemed to care about me as a person, not just another patient. They made sure I felt heard and respected, which made a huge difference. I was evaluated by Dr. therapist Jenifer. I was nervous at the beginning, but she was very patient with me and I felt very comfortable to open up with her and talk about personal issues. My overall experience here was great. The staff is nice and courteous. The service I needed was urgent and they were able to book me quickly. My first impression of Dr. Marciano in my session was very compassionate and understanding. You feel at ease to speak to her. The office is very peaceful and relaxing.
The staff are extremely unprofessional and RUDE. Check out what people commented on Yelp. There were many complaints about the staff's unprofessional and rudeness. I will never recommend this place to friends or family. I had my appointment scheduled today. The staff who claimed themself as an admin had recorded wrong information of my case. Instead of apologizing, they went all out and yelled at me and increased the price by $200+ right away. I can't imagine a mental health clinic can be such hostile and insulting to the clients. Their behavior is unacceptable.
For a first time, I felt very comfortable with Wendy & the doctor. It was a great feeling having someone you can open up to. I appreciate it all. I felt super comfortable talking to the ladies. 10/10
